Children’s joy and happiness are a big part of their learning. At Kingdom Hearts, we encourage them to have fun as a part of their education, with child-led activities in our open-plan learning environment, which are adapted to their abilities and interests.
Our program not only provides a comprehensive academic curriculum addressing early literacy and math skills, but it also utilizes both Abeka Curriculum and Mother Goose Time—a meticulously crafted thematic preschool curriculum.
This curriculum not only focuses on academic aspects but also nurtures the whole child, fostering social, emotional, and intellectual growth. It extends beyond traditional subjects to include social studies and science, ensuring a holistic educational experience.
The engaging themes employed in the curriculum enable children to play, explore, and learn about various concepts, contributing to the development of well-rounded individuals in their formative years.
Assessments
We believe learning is a process. Mother Goose Time uses an Authentic Assessment that allows you to easily view and record your child’s learning as it happens. The Mother Goose Time Learning Assessment System includes resources to help document your child’s learning progress through natural and intentional observations.
Through this curriculum, we can observe and record your child's learning progress using a variety of amazing tools that keep your child engaged and widen their learning through a wide range of activities.
